From the moment Nadezda interviewed for the videographer job at Qumin I was blown away by her sheer professionalism, enthusiasm and passion for creating outstanding video content. Although she had never been to China and didn't speak Chinese, she was hungry to learn about the people and culture and you could not tell that she was new to China. She learns incredibly quickly and never stops pushing herself to produce better and better outputs. From script to production to edit, you know her full heart is in the project. With her desire to learn she is not only open to feedback but invites it and thrives off it. I've seen her grow from strength to strength with every project. While she is a huge team player, Nadya is also very independent, needing no hand holding at all, in fact, I often didn't need to give much guidance at all, simply providing some ideas for clips/copy/content to be included in a video and saying "do your magic". Some of my favourite moments in the office were being presented with the first drafts of new projects, as there would always be something incredible / surprise nuggets in the videos. I could not recommend Nadya enough and know she has a bright future ahead of her.
